1. Information We Collect
When you use Me-Myself-AI, we collect:
- Account Information: Email, name, and profile picture from your Google account.
- Conversation Data: Messages and file attachments, including transcripts of voice conversations.
- Agent Configurations: Custom agents you create.
- Integration Data: Access tokens for connected services, and your phone number when you connect WhatsApp or SMS.
- Purchase Records: Credit purchase and refund history. Your card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and never reach our servers.
- Push Subscriptions: A push endpoint for each browser or device where you enable notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the chat service
- Process messages through AI language models
- Store conversation history for your reference
- Enable third-party integrations you authorize
- Deliver messages and notifications you request
3. Third-Party Services
- AI Providers: Message content is sent to the AI model provider you use (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate responses.
- Authentication: OAuth via Google.
- Payments: Stripe processes all payments.
- Messaging: Twilio delivers WhatsApp and SMS messages.
- Product Analytics: PostHog (EU-hosted) receives pseudonymous product analytics — page views and feature usage counts keyed to your account id. It never receives message content, conversation data, or contact details.
- Integrations: Connected services such as Notion, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
4. Payments
- Credit packs are purchased through Stripe's hosted checkout
- Card data is collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store it
- We keep a ledger of your purchases, credit usage, and refunds
5. Voice and Audio
- Microphone audio is streamed to speech providers for real-time transcription and is not retained after your voice session ends
- Synthesized speech (text-to-speech audio) is cached for up to 7 days to avoid re-generating identical audio
- Transcripts of voice conversations are stored as part of your conversation history
6. WhatsApp and SMS
- Connecting WhatsApp or SMS stores your verified phone number
- Messages are sent and received through Twilio
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and START to opt back in
7. Push Notifications
- Enabling notifications stores a push endpoint for that browser or device
- You can remove any device's subscription at any time
8. Waitlist
If you sign in before your account is approved, we store the email, name, and profile picture from your Google account on our waitlist, together with the decision made on your request. This information is retained after the decision. Contact us to request its removal.
9. Data Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data
- Integration access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
- Regular security updates and monitoring
10. Your Rights
- Access and delete your personal data
- Disconnect integrations at any time
- Request a copy of your data
